4am Beauty

Pre-sunrise and post-sunset are some of my favorite times to shoot, mostly because of the light, color, and the infinite possibilities with long exposure. These shots are not HDR, they are Exposure Fusions in Photomatix. These were all taken between 4:00am and 6:42am at Stone Harbor Point, but if you are out that early watch for the tractor that combs the beach, you might get run over. Don't say I didn't warn you...

New Shots from Higbee's Beach (again)

So I like going to Higbee's to shoot. You should too. Between being one of the least populated beaches and having the sun set over the water, If you move into the dunes it is one of the wildest looking places in South Jersey. So here are a few shots from the shoot-

Art Show tomorrow!

The West Cape May History Committee presents "ART in the PARK", a juried art and fine crafts event featuring South Jersey artists with their own works, oil, pastel, watercolors, stained glass, handmade jewelry and pottery. Proceeds benefit the WCM History Committee. Located in Wilbraham Park from 10AM - 6PM. Call 609-884-9325 for information. Free parking. Rain date August 21.
